William: 3 night stay on 9/3/2012![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bodina Campground (BG)offers what it says...to a minimum standard. The washrooms are small, remained dirty for the three days that we stayed. The shower is in the single gender specific washroom, one toilet/sink/shower for men and the same for women. Nothing for kids to do. The swim area is the size of an average size garage. The sign for fire wood is a bit deceiving "$25 4bucket full" exactly as it is written. In reality, its "One" #1 bucket full from a small tractor bucket. the sites did not appear to be cleaned between users. At least ours didn't seem to be as it had Solo cups on it and pop cans and water bottles. The campground or "Resort" is adjacent to the MD of Bonnyville Crane lake Campground and shares access to both. The BR had port-a-potties on site and were actually cleaner than the Resort's washrooms. Noise was kept to bylaw hours, however, it seemed lip-service was the norm, because as soon as the BR personnel said something and were gone, the noise carried on for a while longer until someone came back. If there was a sani-station there, it wasn't marked and there was no signage indicating where it was. The sites were very close to each other and the people that were at the campground were not very friendly, guests and staff.
